ANO NGA BA ANG ENERGY BALANCE?

Ang pinaka-mahirap iwan keysa sa jowa mo… EXCESS BODY WEIGHTS!
Kung tutuusin, madali lang ang konsepto ng pagbawas, pagdagdag, o pagbalanse ng timbang

But…It doesn’t mean losing weight is a walk in the park. YES! MAHIRAP TALAGA MAGPAPAYAT. Yung mga nagsasabe na madali lang eh nasa kabilang dimensyon ang mga yon. Hayaan mo na sila don. Char.
Most often than not, ang mga payo na mabilis magbawas eh may kapalit (mostly nakakasama pa senyong katawan). It takes process and continuous effort. HUWAG SHORTCUT, besh! Ngayon, kung may iba pang kondisyon na mas mahirap senyo magbawas, need niyo ng mag ask ng help sa inyong doctor and RND.
The key to weight loss is CALORIE DEFICIT (Energy Out > Energy In)
but the hardest part would be to execute and sustain it. So ano bang purpose ng post na ito talaga????
