MIXED Fruits and Nuts
Overnight Oats Recipe

INGREDIENTS

(1 serving 399kcal)

  • 2T rolled oats
  • 1T mixed nuts
  • About 1/2c mixed fruits- Banana, Mango, and Papaya
  • 1/4c plain yogurt 100ml plant-based milk

PROCEDURE

Place all of the ingredients in a 16-ounce jar or a bowl and stir until well combined.

 

Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 8 hours). In the morning, give it a quick stir; enjoy as is or add your choice of mix-ins and/or toppings.
